Every living creature needs to sleep for just overcome fatigue or to replace lost energy. Although it seems trivial, but not everyone can get a maximum sleep time.
Aparajitha Verma, MD, medical director of the Sleep Disorders Center at Methodist Neurological Institute, Houston, United States said that the problem of sleep disturbance has affected at least more than 70 million people in America. He said the average person takes between three to four days to adjust to changing times. By preparing the bed to be better planned, hopefully someone has a better sleep habits.
Verma also suggested that someone get up an hour early and sleep an hour earlier. If necessary, you can also take a short nap on Sunday. But remember, do not sleep when it's approaching hour of sleep tonight, because it can interfere with your night's sleep.

Verma said, there are some simple tips are worth trying to overcome sleep disorders:
• Sleep in a quiet, dark environment and set the thermostat at a temperature slightly cooler;• Do not allow pets in bed• No reading, eating or watching TV in bed• Do not look at• Set the "wind down" time before going to bed;• Avoid caffeine, nicotine and alcohol just before bedtime, because it can interfere with sleep. Instead, try drinking hot tea or milk to increase body temperature, which helps encourage and make sleep even more soundly.• Exercise can help you sleep becomes more restful, but it should be done two hours before you go to bed.
